To offer a professional service organization with high competence and availability, we have gathered customer service, technical department and warehouse at our address in Struer, for all our customers.
Our customer service offers sales, telephone support, technical service, and training. Our proximity and availability provide good service and help when needed. Good service is important to our customers, and a security alarm that does not work is a serious matter.
KNOP ELEKTRONIK A/S service organization covers all our customers through our own service centers. Our technicians are not far away when an accident occurs.

All fields must be filled in. It is important that you write a thorough error description so that we can easily and quickly recreate the problem at the service center. If the fault is intermittent, please indicate how often the fault occurs. Remember to include the invoice number if the item is under warranty. If the invoice number is not provided, the item is considered to be out of warranty.
Print the document and enclose it with the goods.

To shorten the repair time, we have had to introduce charges for customers who send in products for repair that turn out not to be defective.
We have also introduced a charge for customers who do not include a description of the fault.
These measures are aimed solely at improving our service and reducing repair times.
