The EPI901 seizure alarm, together with the EPI901S sensor and a wireless receiver such as the RX901B, forms an effective bed-mounted seizure alarm system.

The EPI901S sensor is placed on top of the mattress under the mattress topper, making it effective at detecting movements from both children and adults.

The seizure alarm is well-suited for travel and overnight stays away from home, as the set can be quickly packed and taken along. Installation in the bed takes only a few minutes.

Both the seizure alarm and the wireless receiver run on batteries, making the system highly flexible.

EPI901 should only be used for seizures that involve convulsions.

EPI901 must not be used in cases where a seizure requires life-saving action or medical treatment.

EPI901 is classified as Class I equipment in accordance with MDR (EU) 2017/745.
